1. Insurance Coverage
Your baggage is insured and covered up to and including a maximum of £2,000 per bag in the event of any loss or damage to your luggage, including the value of the bag/suitcase. Payment for service must have been done directly to St Pancras Luggage Storage using the online service checkout or in-person.
Your baggage must not contain jewellery, cash or similar valuables.
Please stay updated with our opening hours as provided to you after booking. Please return for pick-up within a reasonable time to both collect and check any baggage before our closing time.

3. Using the Website
3.1 It is possible to book storage via the Website 24/7. Orders made outside our opening hours can only be used once the facility has opened. Our opening hours are listed on the Website.
3.2 The Website will periodically close due to updates and maintenance.
3.3 To reserve luggage storage, the customer must be over 18 years old and have a valid payment card.
3.4 Payment will be processed once you complete your booking online.
3.5 Payment information is not stored by St Pancras Luggage Storage and is processed securely by our payment providers.
3.6 You will receive a confirmation for each transaction made.
3.7 The price shown before any order is based on the information you provide. The online price is £4 per bag per day, while the in-store price is £5 per bag per day.
4. Prohibited Items
4.1 St Pancras Luggage Storage offers storage of all standard types of luggage.
4.2 The following items are prohibited and must not be stored:
- Jewelry and valuable items
- Cash and currency
- Weapons of any kind
- Valuable documents
- Life-saving medicine
- Explosive items and substances
- Flammable fluids
- Live animals
- Perishable goods, including food
- Narcotics and illegal substances
- Items that are illegal to possess according to UK law
- Fragile items unsuitable for storage with other luggage
- Items with significant sentimental value
4.3 We reserve the right to ask you to open your luggage to ensure no prohibited items are being stored.
4.4 All valuable items must be removed before storage.
4.5 Damage or loss of prohibited items is not covered by our insurance, and is therefore your responsibility.
4.6 We have the right to refuse storing luggage that contains any prohibited items.
5. Risk and Liability
5.1 When the luggage has been dropped off at our facility and you have received an electronic receipt, the risk of damage to the luggage is covered by our insurance policy.
5.2 Once the luggage has been collected and you have received a receipt for collection, the luggage is at your own risk.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 UK consumer law applies to purchases via our website.
6.2 Free cancellation is available before your storage period begins.
6.3 You can withdraw from a storage agreement by collecting your luggage before the agreed time. In this case, you will still pay for the time your luggage was stored.
7. Complaints and Liability
7.1 Upon collection of luggage, you are entitled to check for any visible signs of unauthorized access to the luggage during storage. If there are signs that the baggage has been accessed during storage, you must immediately report this to our staff.
7.2 Complaints should be sent to us within a reasonable timeframe after you have discovered any issue.
7.3 We are not responsible for loss caused by force majeure, including but not limited to:
- IT system breakdowns or failures
- Failure of power supply or telecommunications
- Legislative or administrative acts
- Natural disasters, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism
- Strikes, lockouts, boycotts or picketing
- Other circumstances outside our control
8. Operating Hours
Our facility is open daily from 08:00 AM to 11:59 PM, including weekends and holidays. These extended hours ensure we can accommodate early morning arrivals and late-night departures. Whether you're catching an early Eurostar train or arriving on a late-night flight, our storage facility is ready to serve you. Please note that pick-ups and drop-offs must be completed during these operating hours.
9. Choice of Law
9.1 Purchase of storage via the Website is covered by UK law.
9.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through normal channels shall be decided in the UK courts.
